Fast service, Jeremy was here the next morning. Service was done fast and he even fixed an issue that a previous company was supposed to have done. My house is now holding at 68 degrees which it rarely if ever did in the cold months without a supplemental heat source. Extremely happy especially with single digit temperatures coming. I cannot recommend 1Up enough!! Our furnace blew unexpectedly and Jeremy came within hours to help us out. We ended up needing a new one and they made sure it was taken care of and done the same day during the coldest part of winter! They’re pet friendly, made sure my cat didn’t get out, brought in my Amazon packages. It was much appreciated while I was freezing on the couch they took care of everything so I didn’t have to worry, everyone was so nice.
